A Viktoria Ház a Balaton partján, Balatonszárszón található. A ház saját kikötővel, napozóágyakkal, napernyőkkel és tóra néző kilátással rendelkezik.

Ingyenes WIFI és parkolási lehetőség áll rendelkezésre maximum 2 autó számára.

Az ingatlan bőrbútorokkal és síkképernyős, műholdas TV-vel berendezett nappalival, valamint kávéfőzővel, főzőlappal, sütővel, mikrohullámú sütővel, hűtőszekrénnyel és evőeszközökkel ellátott, teljesen felszerelt konyhával rendelkezik.
A 3 db kétágyas szoba a lépcsőn megközelíthető emeleten található, és maximum 6 fő elszállásolására alkalmas. A házban 2 fürdőszoba található káddal vagy zuhanyzóval. Két hálószobához tóra néző erkély tartozik. Érkezéskor 3 db különböző méretű törölközőt, pamut-szatén ágyneműt, wc papírt, tisztítószereket, tablettákat biztosítunk a mosogatógéphez. Kérésre hajszárító is rendelkezésre áll.
A MIELE kávébab készítésére alkalmas gép áll rendelkezésre.  

Gyermekeket szívesen látunk. Pótágyat, kiságyat nem tudunk biztosítani.

Az ingatlan központi klímaberendezéssel rendelkezik.

Az épületben a dohányzás szigorúan tilos, a kertben dohányzóhely áll rendelkezésre.

A legközelebbi étterem és szupermarket 1,5 km-re található.

Távolság a legközelebbi repülőtértől: 54km (Hévíz-Balaton Repülőtér)

A ház melletti kabint mindig a tulajdonosok használják.

  • How to secure my booking?

    A deposit is payable to confirm your booking.

    Deposit is 50% of the overall price.  –  The deposit is non-refundable. 

    Non-refundable: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.
     
     
  • Minimum length of stay / Number of rooms available

    During main season we only accept bookings starting and finishing on Saturdays only, and for a minimum of 1 week (7 nights) stay.

    During other seasons arrival and departure dates are flexible and the minimum booking duration is 3 days.

    3 bedrooms are available. Maximum capacity: 6 guests.

  • Check-in and check-out

    Check-in: 16:00 – 22.00
    Check out: 7.00 – 9.00

  • Maximum amount of people

    We have 3 bedrooms available for maximum 6 guests.

  • Tourist tax

    The price doesn’t include the tourist tax which is €1.50 per person per night and it’s payable up on arrival in cash.

  • Security deposit/ Pet policy

    Upon arrival, we require a security cash deposit of €250 which will be returned to the guests upon departure after satisfactory inspection of the premises and only if no damage was caused.

    1. PETS – Please note that pets under 10 kg can be accommodated for an additional fee of EUR 10 per day. Bigger pets cannot be accommodated at the property.
    2. Small pets are allowed to stay provided they are fully house trained and they sleep in their own beds. (Pets are not allowed in the beds)
    3. The property is not gated on the shore side. It’s the guest’s responsibility to assure that the animal stays on the property at all times.
    4. Additional costs: €10/day/animal. We also require an additional €100 cash deposit/stay. (Deposit will be returned to the guests upon departure after satisfactory inspection of the premises and only if no damage was caused.)
